About This Course

This course aims to equip participants in this program to become influential Christian leaders. As an introduction to leadership development, it explores key elements including setting priorities, building character, fostering a positive attitude, practicing servanthood, and strengthening self-discipline.

It is the underlying assumption of this course that the Lord has endowed each person with limitless potential to become leaders (Gen. 1:28; Matt. 25:14-30). The essence of the Great Commission is that each Christian is called to make disciples (leaders) of all nations. Therefore, it is the responsibility of each Christian to diligently develop himself/herself as the best leader he/she is capable of becoming.
