About This Course

This course provides an in-depth exploration of John C. Maxwell’s The 21 Irrefutable Laws of Leadership, equipping participants with practical principles to develop their personal leadership capacity and to influence others effectively. Each session will unpack one or more of Maxwell’s laws—such as the Law of the Lid, the Law of Influence, the Law of Navigation, and the Law of Legacy—using real-world examples, biblical foundations, and case studies from diverse organizational and ministry contexts.

Through John Maxwell's lecture videos, group discussions, and individual assignments, participants will:

  • Discover their unique leadership strengths and areas for growth.

  • Learn how to apply timeless leadership principles to build trust, inspire vision, and cultivate teamwork.

  • Develop skills to navigate change, grow people, and leave a lasting impact in their organizations, ministries, and communities.

When David was 15 years old, he responded to God’s call to make disciples of all nations. David began his theological education journey to prepare him to fulfill his life’s mission in Korea Baptist Theological College in Korea. Then the Lord sent him to the United States to continue his theological training and ministry. David received a Ph. D. degree in Old Testament before serving as Professor of Old Testament at Faith Evangelical College and Seminary. David is now an evangelist and leadership coach through David Chung Ministries International (DCMi). As an evangelist, David is a member of Luis Palau’s Next Generation Alliance.
